Vedic rashifal is read from your Chandra rashi, the sign the Moon was in when you were born. Your Kundali shows it at the top of the page.
The sign the Moon walks through today is counted from your rashi. That house sets the tone of the day, and it changes about every two and a half days.
The page changes the moment Chandra enters a new sign, shown in your own time zone, so the reading you see is always for now.
