KUNDALI is the Kundali app. Tell it when and where you were born, and within two minutes it draws your Janma Kundali the classical way — North or South Indian, with the Navamsa, the Vimshottari dasha and the positions of all nine grahas — and keeps it in your profile on the web and on your phone.
Why we made it
A kundali is one of the oldest ways of reading a life: a picture of the sky at the minute of birth, set out in twelve houses. In many families it was drawn by hand by a trusted pandit and kept for generations. We wanted that care to be within reach of anyone, anywhere — clear enough to understand, and exact enough to trust.
How every chart is drawn
- Your birthplace, located. Latitude, longitude and time zone come from a worldwide place index, shown for you to confirm.
- The clocks of that day. Historic time zones, war time and old local clocks are applied, so a chart from decades ago is as true as one from today.
- One classical method. Sidereal positions with the Lahiri (Chitrapaksha) ayanamsa, whole-sign houses, Navamsa by 3°20′ divisions, and the 120-year Vimshottari dasha.
- Checked. Positions are tested against established astronomical references to within seconds of arc.
Guidance, not verdicts
Jyotish is a tradition of understanding. KUNDALI explains what the chart shows in plain words, and never in fear. It is not medical, legal or financial advice.
Your details stay yours
Your birth details are used to draw your chart, and nothing else. We never sell them. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
